I was born and raised here in Arizona and feel thankful because my family still lives here. On Saturday nights you’ll find us having steak night and getting together to play games or  watching my dad doing cannonballs in the pool. I feel very fortunate for the love and guidance my family has shown me. They have always said “it is better to give than to receive” and I have taken that motto onto every aspect of my life.

Directly from high school I went on to receive my degree in Business Management from Glendale Community College and immediately pursued a career in helping others.

Over the years I have worked in all areas of sales, management and training. I came to the realization that every person has the ability to be extremely successful with the right training and support. One of the things that brings me great fulfillment is being able to help people in both their personal lives as well as their professional. So the switch to real estate seemed only right.

I started out in real estate with a larger company where I felt I got ‘lost in the numbers’ and was paying out way too much in commission splits and fees. When  Designated Broker, Jerry Vanzant made the choice to open his own company several agents including myself joined his company, Desert Heritage Real Estate without delay. His philosophies on how agents should be treated far exceed other brokerages. He truly cares about the agent’s success and it shows.

Wanting to grow in real estate, I completed the education to receive my designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), along with my Masters in Real Estate (MRE). Soon after that I continued on to receive my Brokers license. When Jerry asked me to come aboard the staff as a Managing Broker, I gladly accepted. I am thankful to be a part of a professional, friendly, and fast growing company!
